* All non sale items come with a glittery button on the snap part of the badge reel
* Refund/Remake Policy: Lex's Badge Reel's will refund/remake a badge reel that has broken for 30 days after the order is picked up/delivered. After the 30 days, the buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping or remaking an item.
* Each badge reel is tested and pulled 10 times to make sure it is retracting perfectly, please check yourself when you get it in the mail or pick up if you don't intend to wear it right away :)
